Keyboard reference

Most shortcuts belong to a widget, not the window — they act on whatever your pointer is over or whatever has focus. Two are global.

Anywhere in the app

EscapeClose the open dialog, or the assistant popup
EnterConfirm or save in most dialogs. In the assistant, sends your question — Shift+Enter for a newline.

Chart widget

Active while the pointer is over the chart.

Space · APause or resume live streaming
RReturn to live view, keeping your zoom
← →Pan back or forward by 10% of the visible window — pauses the chart
Page Up · Page DownPan a full screen back or forward
↑ ↓Zoom in or out at the current view
1 · 2Place measurement marker M1 or M2 at the cursor
Shift+1 · Shift+2Clear marker M1 or M2
EscapeClear the time-region selection

With the mouse: scroll to zoom at the cursor, Shift+drag to select a time region for statistics, Shift+click to clear it, double-click to centre the chart on that moment and sync other widgets to the same time.

UART terminal widget

With the terminal focused, typed keys go to the connected device. These navigate instead:

Home · EndJump to the start of the scrollback, or back to the live tail — End re-enables auto-follow
Page Up · Page DownScroll a page at a time. Reaching the end re-enables auto-follow.
Shift+Alt+S · Shift+Option+SCycle who gets the scroll keys: Auto → Widget → Terminal. Use Terminal for full-screen apps that need them.
Ctrl+C · Cmd+CWith text selected, copies it including timestamps and source prefixes

Double-click a timestamped line to sync other widgets — charts included — to that moment.

Lists, tables and editing

Enter · SpaceExpand or collapse a focused group header — Devices, GPIO and similar pages
Enter · EscapeCommit or cancel an inline rename of a device or GPIO alias
↑ ↓ Enter EscapeNavigate searchable dropdowns
Shift+click a headerSet a secondary sort column on the Devices page

Calculator widget

While hovering the calculator, it takes the keys directly: digits, . + − × ÷, Enter, Backspace, F and G as prefix keys, and Escape.

Still stuck? Send your version number — it's under the System button at the top right of the app — and what you were doing. Replies come from the team that builds the app.
